Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

We currently ship only to the Contiguous 48 States and the District of Columbia. If you have shipping needs outside this area, please contact us.

We are committed to offering low cost shipping to our customers and our flat rates are almost always lower than our actual shipping cost. The rates below are applicable to full price merchandise.

All items are shipped via ground service from our retail store in Mt. Arlington, NJ (07856). When possible, we may upgrade customers to Priority Mail (air) shipping for no extra charge. Please note that we are a small business and we will make every effort to ship your items within one business day of orders received during normal business hours. If you order after 10 am on Saturday, the item will not ship until Monday. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Discounted or oversized items may be charged a flat rate for shipping different from the published Standard Shipping Rates

Expedited Shipping:

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of when the order is placed. If you need an item quickly, please consider upgrading to USPS expedited shipping options. You can view and select these options during checkout. If you have questions about express shipping, please e-mail or call us at 973-267-0400. Please note that the expedited shipping rates are weight-based.

Byers Choice Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all full-price Byers' Choice Carolers. The following categories are NOT eligible for free shipping: Accessories, Gingerbread Houses, Advent Calendars, Animals, Discounted and Sale Carolers.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that sale merchandise, discounted more than 20%, is non-returnable.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to return an item. Customer must pay for return shipping - please contact us if you need assistance. Item must be returned by the same method in which it was shipped to the customer (i.e. USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, etc). We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is determined to be a result of our error.

If an item is deemed returnable, the customer will receive a refund for the item only, not the initial shipping cost. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
